Appointments and Cancellations
We recommend reserving appointment times as far in advance as possible. Evening and Saturday appointments, as well as group bookings, may require several weeks' notice.
In an effort to respect the time that our staff and doctors put into client care and to make our services available to all clients, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are not canceled within this period will be subject to a $50 fee payable prior to your next service. We appreciate your understanding.
Appointments made for permanent make up, laser treatments and Levulan treatments, or any of our physician services will require a credit card at the time of booking and will be subject to a $100 fee if the service is not cancelled within 24 hours.
