Directions
Skin Serenity Medispa is conveniently located off of Route 495 North & South. Take Exit 51A (Route 125) towards Haverhill. Proceed straight on Route 125 towards Haverhill and the spa will be located approximately 0.7 miles on your left. Ample parking is available in the back of the spa.

Appointments and Cancellations
Fireplace at the Skin Serenity Medispa We recommend reserving appointment times as far in advance as possible. Evening and Saturday appointments, as well as group bookings, may require several weeks' notice.

In an effort to respect the time that our staff and doctors put into client care and to make our services available to all clients, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are not canceled within this period will be subject to a $50 fee payable prior to your next service. We appreciate your understanding.

Appointments made for permanent make up, laser treatments and Levulan treatments, or any of our physician services will require a credit card at the time of booking and will be subject to a $100 fee if the service is not cancelled within 24 hours.

Gift Certificates & Gift Packages
We offer gift certificates, which are unrestricted unless otherwise noted, enabling the recipient to redeem their certificate for any services or products we offer. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. In addition, we offer frequent specials and offer custom gift packages.

Series Programs
Our laser, facials and micro-dermabrasion treatments are all available as a series at a discount of 15%. A series includes six services and is non-transferable.
